Learn and perform the folk music of Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, and more. Students practice and perform in both small instrument-specific groups, and with the entire ensemble. For players of fiddle, flute, penny whistle, recorder, oboe, harp, guitar, accordion, small keyboards and cello. Additional activities include swimming and crafts every day.

Participants must be proficient on one of the above instruments and have played for at least two years. For more information on the camps and playing ability requirements, please email Shelley.

Bring a sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, bug repellent, sunscreen, your instrument, and music stand.

Before- and after-care:  This year we are offering extended hours for an additional cost. If you are interested in this option, please send us an email and let us know what kind of schedule you need for your child. Once we have a sense of how many children need the service, we’ll be able to set up an hourly rate.

Scholarships:  Partial need-based scholarships are available. Send an email to Shelley Phillips, with a brief introduction to your student, and a summary of your need. (If your child is old enough to add a few sentences of their own, that would be really helpful.) Deadline for requesting scholarship funding is Saturday, July 12, 2019.

Registration is $450.

Enrollment must be received by July 26th.
